Steam is getting its annual sale once again, and it kicks off today. It is due to start at 10am Pacific, 1pm Eastern and 6pm UK time.
PayPal, one of Valves key partners, have coincided their own promotion to run alongside the sale; spend £20 on Steam and get £5 off. Free money is always a good thing, don’t forget to grab it!
The 2016 Steam Sale got rid of flash and daily sales, and we’re expecting them to continue the same way this year after last year’s sale results showed the decision made more money than ever; $223.2m in fact
It’s hard to argue against the Steam Sale being as strong as it once was; the sentiment amongst many is that the same games appear year after year, whilst it’s also cheaper to find games on third party sites nowadays. That being said, Steam will surely be aware of this, and so will be interesting to see what they include in this year’s sale.
