This amazing vehicle will never get to be tested under real conditions, but the hand crafted BMW Landspeede created by Revival Cycles is a superb demonstration of engineering at it’s very finest.
This model was built for display purposes so it’s a real shame that this concept design will never feel the tarmac beneath it’s wheels and the wind sail through the handlebars.
This vehicle was inspired by a 1928 BMW R37 racer which was driven by a Ernst Henne. This concept design possess a long wheelbase, custom built hardware and leather finishes and a flat cut frame made of steel. Revival recycles are excited to reveal that they have begun to design a road version of the bike, which will allow them to celebrate the clever craftsmanship and design.
The Landspeeders only public appearance will be in Austin, Texas at the Handbuilt Motorcycle Show.
It’s a great design and looks like a sturdy vehicle which offers both comfort with stability and a stylish look.
We look forward to seeing how this one pans out and we expect that Revival Cycles will be celebrating their success pretty soon!
