The latest super cars and hyper cars! At Men’s Stuff barely a day passes without us drooling over one of the super cars and gazing after them lovingly after they have left our base at the end of the day.
Just when we think all the amazing new cars have dried up, we are ecstatic so see a brand new shining beauty roll up on our forecourt. It’s a tough job test driving these amazing cars and cruising through the city, but hey someone’s got to do it! Just picture, it’s 9am and everyone is turning up to the office. Copious amounts of coffee is being consumed and biscuits passed round. The purr of an engine distracts us from outside and simultaneously everyone runs to the window to get a good look at which masterpiece we will be test driving today.
There is normally a bit of banter and protestations about who will get to drive these bad boys. We’ve come up with a system though, the one who buys the best staff treats that week gets to drive! I think sales at Thornton’s and Carluccio’s have gone through the roof since this system was implemented! So we take our baby out for a spin, and this usually involves a few country lanes, and time depending, sometimes some laps near the local airport. We test the cars for comfort, style, speed, how fast it reaches 0-60 and if we have one of our specialists in sometimes a few party tricks are in store. One of our drivers loves to practise dougnuts in the car park, but as these cars are not ours we have to go easy on the tyres!
We usually give them a good polish before they go…just because we love stroking those cars all over!
