Ferrari has just been turbocharged with 661bhp and 488 GTB! The company responsible for this cool modification go by the name of DMC and have boosted the cars powers and broadened it’s wing – literally! It now features a carbon aero on it’s back , a front chin spoiler and side skirts formed from carbon.
The new and rather magnificent rear wing can be adjusted manually and there are 3 positions that it can be set to which are ‘fun’ ‘cruise’ and ‘track’ mode. They’ve added carbon surrounds for the tail lights and a carbon diffuser. Holy carbonara! That’s a lot of carbon!
The engine’s undergone and overhaul. DMC have opened the taps right up and raised the output of power to 777hp – a boost of 116hp.
This is stage 1 of the plan. Next they are planning some heavy tinkering on the V8 – crikey by the sounds of it this bad boy is going to race to the moon and back!
Visually it’s extremely enticing. The rear wing does not look too heavy, the cars rolling curves and bubble roof balance it out perfectly. We can wait too see the final results – keep your eyes peeled!
