Ferrari’s recent Top Design School Challenge’ named the Manifesto drew students from far and wide to compete in an awesome initiative to design a concept car for Ferrari and how it may look in the year 2040.
This winning design is on a tiny scale but embodies a fun, sleek and very futuristic look. That roof and wheels – oh we just love this! Any decent super hero should have a beast like this!
Ferrari created a shortlist from the very best designs and the jury comprised Ferrari luminaries Paolo Pininfarina, Jay Kay, Nick Mason, Sebastian Vettel and Flavio Manzoni.
The jury selected the winner after being bowled over by the students vision of how the exterior and interior might look.
The other winner De Esfera was awarded by an online voting system through the Ferrari Facebook page.
There was another winner too – the ‘Premio Speciale’, awarded via an online vote cast through Ferrari’s Facebook page. That award went to de Esfera.
These designs are curvy, stylish and we just love the emblem of the seated nude women. We are not sure if this was part of the design but would make a great signature emblem for the model. Sort of like Bentley’s signature brand logo but oh so sexier!
These students have displayed remarkable talent and we commend them on their vision and drive for success and their foresight.
