Pixar is back and Finding Dory the sequel to Finding Nemo looks extremely promising. If you are big kids at heart like us then Finding Dory will take you back to your childhood, into a world of fantasy where anything is possible.
In the prequel, Dory (voiced by Ellen Degeneres) was one of our favourite characters and we are thrilled to see Dory as the protagonist in this next instalment. In this Pixar/Disney flick, Dory remembers that she has a family and pines to see them. Joined by Marlin the neurotic clownfish and his son Nemo, the merry band of friends set off to discover Dory’s routes, where she hails from and who her family is. The journey is bound to be hazardous and fraught with danger, but luckily the team always seem to bump into well meaning allies that help them along the way.
We expect this feature to be abundant in life out loud moments if it’s even half as good as the last movie. Pixar/Disney have introduced lots of great new characters that are set to bring this movie to life and thrill audiences old and young as they watch their favourite characters cross the ocean and journey towards California on this formidable journey.
If you haven’t got your own kids, take a young relative to see this as an excuse to watch this movie, or simply don a disguise!
