This spectacular floating hotel is a concept designed by architect and engineer Gianluca Santosuosso which sounds like something out of Star Trek!
It features a flexible spine which is half a mile long and would allow passengers to board as it sails to different cities around the world.
The vessel is equipped with capsules which serve as accommodation for the guests along with many amenities and attractions such as theatres and restaurants.
Santosuosso certainly appears to be thinking towards the future with this design and the vessel will source it’s energy from solar panels, will collect rain water and also features vegetable gardens.
This is certainly a novel way to travel and in absolute comfort with limitless resources and looks set to revolutionise long haul travel.
Here at MensStuffApproved we predict that if this concept takes off, then in future we might see entire civilisations settled on these kind of vessels. It would certainly put an end to the over population issue! Quick alert the Illuminati – there may just be room for everyone!
