These newlyweds decided to celebrate their honeymoon by going shark diving in South Africa. The group, eager to get the best view possible swam closely to the edge of the shark cage. Organisers had left some tasty bait nearby to keep the Great White content and amused but it seems that the shark had other ideas! Hellbent on a more filling main course, he attacked the cage, ramming the bars repeatedly, whilst those inside quivered in horror!
Meanwhile videographer Bryan Plummer filmed the whole thing. With a sinking feeling in his gut he witnessed the beast forcing it’s head inside the cage opening his jaws wide. Unable to spot the group Bryan feared the worst!
Eventually as he waited with his heart in his mouth he saw the shark swim away with a snappy retreat and the group come into view. This was one lucky escape and these poor people must have felt like sardines in a can waiting to be devoured by the jaws of death. We can only imagine how these newlyweds celebrated escaping almost certain death when they returned safely back to dry land! We bet a jolly good time was had by all!
