Koenigsegg Agera RS Naraya has finally arrived and it’s the fine details and carefully crafted embellishments that make the RS truly special.
The RS has been given a blue carbon finish and trimmed and adorned in strips of gold and gold detailing. It’s just enough to add a certain level of panache, but not so over the top that it renders it a pimp mobile. It’s done well and with style. This looks like a car that would be driven by someone who is wealthy yet with a good degree of taste.
The V8 engine is no less than twin turbo. See those gold leaf trimmings? Those were in fact handcrafted by the renowned Ettore ‘Blaster’ Callegaro. If you are saying to yourselves ‘who?’ this is an Italian who is well known in Italy for his unrivalled skills. To apply the gold leaf with precision it took him two entire weeks and 12 hours of per day to complete this masterpiece.
We have a thing for spyder’s here at Mens Stuff but the RS is in a league of it’s own. The attention to detail is quite extraordinary. We love the hydraulic doors, the gold centre caps and the dash is simply incredible with soft black suede and more gold trimming. All the little details build this car up into something magnificent and we can only dream of getting to drive one in the future!
