The latest Lexus LC 500 is a road worthy version of the LF-LC Concept.
This model can reach an impressive 0-60 mph in under 4.5 seconds, though we’re not sure that many consumers will be making use of all 9 gears this creation offers. It’s a great looking design and it’s interior is pretty spacious indeed. If you ever need to park up in the services and take a nap between driving this baby offers comfort and style.
Said to be the “Flagship Luxury Coupe” by the engineering and design team at Lexus they have big hopes for this model becoming “The beginning of a new era”
Here are MensStuff we love it’s aerodynamic shape and the curves of the car. It’s a true piece of craftsmanship and makes for a super sexy design. The 5.0-litre V8 engine with 473 bhp. It’s performance and agility on the road is by far superior to the previous Lexus design and offers an enjoyable driving experience which outranks similar models on the market at this time.
Chief designer Tadao Mori was quoted as saying”…the interior is different. The show car is a space shuttle! [For LC 500] we combined high technology with high style. We didn’t want to show too much technology…so we covered all the function, all the high-tech with elegant styling.
This incredibly beast has a very low centre of gravity so is indeed a very high performance ride. Prices brackets for this version have yet to be announced but are expected to be within the £50k region. Great if you are looking for a sporty car, with a contemporary look and high capabilities.
So to summarise, this amazing blend of design and engineering offers us a vehicle that is high end, a premium experience with an elegant look and feel. It’s price tag may be a tad hefty but can you really put a price on art? We think Lexus have done well to turn what was a concept car into such a roadworthy beauty.
