The new McLaren P1 GTR is on our radar and we were quite blown away with this superb creation. It produces 986bhp, it’s more aero dynamic and much lighter than it’s predecessor and and it’s completely road legal.
From it’s edgy vibrant colours to it’s aerodynamic design – this is a car that screams ‘Look at me!’ We have to admit we did ogle it for quite some time before we got around to writing this article! It’s flashy, it’s fast and it’s fun! We love it!
Inside the car, the dash is kind of exciting too. The look is Futuristic meets Retro Gaming. The two screens are reminiscent of the controls on the bridge of the star ship Enterprise and we love the controls on the steering wheel which wouldn’t look out of place on a 80’s games console. You just want to slide into the seat and start pressing buttons – hopefully the red button doesn’t eject the driver James Bond style!
The rear wing is pretty special too. Not along does it lend the car a look of utter coolness, it supplies plenty of downforce.
There’s just one little catch…well we say little…the current price on this is £2.86 million making it a little inaccessible to anyone who is less than a millionaire. Ah well back to ogling!
