Have a gander at Peugeot latest concept – the L500 R Hybrid.
100 years on from Peugeot’s success in the Indy 500, they have created the new Hybrid inspired by the team ‘Charlatans’ that helped them win.
The racing car has a low suspension, weighs a mere 100kg and has a tremendous 270bhp engine as well as front and rear motors. This lends the Hybrid a total 500bhp and can cover 1000 metres in just 19 seconds.
It’s a beautiful piece of craftsmanship and pretty damned easy on the eye. In fact this is probably one of the most attractive concept cars we have seen in a while and that electric blue and black makes this a real originally looking piece. We hope this one makes it onto the production line as it would be a shame to see such an amazing car just disappear.
