You may have been surprises to recently see that Hugh Hefner is selling The Playboy mansion for a neat $200 million. “Do the Playboy bunnies come included?” We hear prospective buyers cry!
It would seem not although there is certainly an element of surprise involved! Whilst the successful buying will not win him or herself any beautiful bunnies at the closing of the sale, they will be sharing with the very man himself Hugh Hefner who will be staying put in part of the mansion. Well we suppose when you get to the ripe old age of 89 you probably don’t want to up and leave your home where you built all those oh so sexy memories!
Playboy decided to sell the mansion so they can reinvest back into the porn industry. Wow the porn industry must be suffering if they are selling off the prize mansion!
The house features 29 rooms and on the estate lives monkeys and all kinds of exotic birds – the feathered kind not Hef’s latest shmooze!
The mansion is admittedly very stunning and features a swimming pool, waterfall and a grand stair case as well as it’s own zoo license. We are sure that they won’t be short of interested buyers and we think that having a legend like Hefner in with the package is an added bonus!
