Both line ups for PlayStation and Xbox’s free games have been announced for March. Starting with PlayStation Plus, PS4 owners can get their hands on Tearaway Unfolded and Disc Jam, with Lumo also available for the PS4 and Vita with Cross Buy. Vita owners can also get Severed, whilst Earth Defense Force 2025 and Under Night In-Birth Exe:Late.
Tearaway is a truly wonderful game to play, and a great addition to the line up. Disc Jam and Earth Defense Force are also very fun games to be played, with the former being touted as this years Rocket League, which is a huge compliment to be given. The games are available to download from 7th March.
Over on Games with Gold, the first of this months titles are now ready to download. Layers of Fear is available throughout the month on Xbox One, whilst Borderlands 2 is available for Xbox 360 or Xbox One (backwards compatible) until 15th March. Evolve and Heavy Weapon then finish up the month, available between 16th-15th April (Evolve) and 16th-31st March (Heavy Weapon). Project CARS will still be available until 15th March.
Heavy Weapon is definitely worth checking out, as it’s a very underrated and forgotten game. Evolve will hopefully get a much needed player boost from its inclusion, which is good news because the game has undergone some changes and is actually rather fun now.
