Porsche 911 Turbo TechArt

Is the new Porsche 911 Turbo GTstreet R by German tuner TechArt more of a supercar than the original 911?

It certainly seems to tick all the important points to me. It is super fast (124 mph in 8.5 rather than its previous 9.9 and top speed of 211 mph up 6 mph from its previous incarnation) and is visually less sedate than its predecessor in the shape of an active aero kit , two tier carbon rear wing and carbon fibre panels.

The 911 has in the past been considered too placid to be a true super car, this make over laughs in the face of its naysayers. Fitted with 20-inch forged alloys, a very noisy exhaust system and an active coilover suspension.

The comfortable interior has also been given a facelift with new colourful leather to match the exciting outside paint job.

Is this a concept you would drive? I know I would.
