River beast impresses crowds at The London Boat Show
The London Boat Show is held every January at The Excel Exhibition centre and draws a huge audience who come along to see the very best in the latest water crafts and enjoy interactive experiences. The show offers an experience that is action packed! This is one of London’s largest annual events and sees over 500 exhibitors from the marine industry displaying their wares.
The Rivia aquariva has proved to be one of their most popular features. The vessel stands at 33ft and has a hefty $1 million price tag. It’s admittedly quite a beauty though with it’s leather trimmings and interior and it’s open deck.
The Rivia has a double berth which is extremely spacious, a sun bed built into it’s deck and a private toilet. It also offers comfort, stability and excellent speeds. The craft is ideal for small groups enjoying a day out on the water. It’s also highly agile and has a good response. It features a two speed gearbox and it’s top speed reaches up to 42 knots.
We can see why this annual show is so popular among boating enthusiasts. Long gone are the days when you meander around looking at old and tired displays. This is a fast paced day where you can witness all kinds of crafts in action and also join in a lot of the fun! Visitors can also purchase clothes and boating equipment from the many fantastic stalls present. The Excel Exhibition centre is at an on-water location and the show often hosts a Marina, Regatta or Naval ship. The show doesn’t just cater for boating enthusiasts, this is a great day out for all the family!
