There are some real hard hitters in this compilation. There is a mix of real racing crashes and everyday drivers on here.
The top 2 real heavy crashes on this video are tourist drivers. I am sure you know that anyone can drive on the Nurburgring they open up the track on some evenings and all day Sunday. Take your Lamborghini or your builders van onto the Green Hell. We are not kidding you see everything from the latest supercars to bangers and builders vans, even a coach!
You can take whatever car you wish on the ring weekday evenings will cost you 25 euros and the weekend 30 euros. For anyone who has driven the Ring (we have) you will know it is an awesome experience, unless you are someone who drives it regularly (or a mad PlayStation user) it is not a track with which you can anticipate the corners with any consistent manner.
It is fast, dips down around corners only to rise up again sharply. The track is wide in places and narrows conspicuously for some. It has the ability to catch you out on a corner that is sharper than you expected or takes a dive when you are breaking. A long straight may suddenly have a kink or curve in it you were not expecting.
It pays to have fun, but within yourself certainly until you have driven it a number of times otherwise what happens on this video could possibly happen to you.
Be warned if you do crash and it shuts the ring, you are charged for the potential money they would have lost whilst it is closed. If you hit a barrier you will also be charged for the repairs of the barrier. So it’s not just a car bill you will receive!
